Werk:

"My grandmother was a glass artist. My grandfather an oil and watercolor painter. I learned about glass and painting at a very young age. I chose to work with clay. I love everything about this material. The uncertainty of the outcome of the pieces after the firings; the influence of the chemical reactions in the firings, the colors, the textures, the shapes. It is every time as exciting as the first time. The teaching is a very important part of my work. I try to share all the excitement with the great group of students that I have the privilege to have. I keep sharing the excitement of learning with them every day."
